We’ve tried our best to take photos that represent the colour accurately on our monitors, however the colour represented on your device is only as accurate as the screen allows.

Ordering & Payment

We integrate PayPal into our checkout process, but you don’t need a PayPal account to pay. Simply checkout securely as a guest using any major credit card accepted by PayPal such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Unfortunately not, if you need to make changes to an order you’ll need to cancel it and place a new one.

If you’d like to cancel your order you must let us know within 24 hours of the order being placed by email. As most products are bespoke and made to order, after this time production will have begun and we’ll be unable to cancel your order.

Delivery & Returns

We’ll produce the item in 3-7 working days depending on the product and then dispatch with a delivery time of 1-3 days for UK orders. So from the date you placed your order the turnaround time is 4-10 working days for the UK. In the unlikely event of a delay we’ll be in touch with an update.

I don’t charge extra for postage and packaging, the price you see is the price you pay.

Items are delivered in postal boxes – even single items are unlikely to fit through letterboxes.

All delivery estimates are based on details from Royal Mail so they are not guaranteed by me.  If your delivery hasn’t arrived when expected, it’s likely there has been a unforeseen delay in transit.

Royal Mail terms require me to wait 10 working days before I’m able to contact them, once it has been deemed ‘lost’ by Royal Mail we’ll be able to resolve the problem with you as soon as possible.

At the moment we only deliver to UK addresses, however we’re looking into the possibility of expanding this to include Europe. If you’re not in the UK and would like to order please get in touch and we might be able to help.

Unfortunately we can’t offer a courier service at the moment, however we’re looking into it as we know Royal Mail might not be suited to everyone.

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you decide not to keep your jewellery, you will have 30 days to return your item to receive a full refund. The only exception is earrings – due to hygiene risks I cannot accept returned earrings.

What if the product is faulty?

It’s rare that I send out a faulty product as I check thoroughly before dispatch. However it does occasionally happen, simply get in touch within 14 days of receiving the product and I’ll advise how to proceed.
